摘要
从用科学发展观确定医院核心价值体系建设的出发点,通过对核心价值体系的定性、定位、定向,有效增强控制力;用科学发展观确定医院核心价值体系建设的着力点,通过科学发展观理念从自我感知到理性认识、从自我追求到团队愿景、从自我规范到各方互动的升华,有效增强执行力;用科学发展观确定医院核心价值体系建设的落脚点,通过科学发展观具体推进中的自律、他律乃至共律的发展境态,有效增强辐射力这三大方面论述了如何运用科学发展观打造医院核心价值体系的实践与探索。
From the starting point of making hospital core value system by scientific development view, effective controlling power should he strengthened hy characterization, location and orientation core value system. Through scientific management and learning, namely, from self perception to rational cognition, from self demand to team vision, from self regulation to multi-regulation, hospital executive capacity can be effectively increased. From stay point of making hospital core value system by scientific development view, effective radiation power can be increased through promoting self-discipline, heteronomy and co-governance. Through the above 3 aspects, constructing hospital core value system by scientific development view is discussed.
