摘要 加强海上船只排污的管理是目前减少海洋油类污染的有效手段之一。设计了一套油船排油监控系统以监视和控制油船的排污量,并可进行累计、记录、查询和打印。通过GPS定位,可分区域按不同标准排放。对其应具有的功能和工作流程进行了分析,提出了以嵌入式系统为核心,采用Philips公司的LPC2292作为系统的主处理器的整体构成方式,并给出了硬件设计的总体框图。规划了软件的功能模块并给出了设计流程图。系统具有高实时性、高可靠性、低功耗、人机操作简单和易扩展性,其技术性能指标完全满足国际公约要求。 A oil discharge monitoring and control systems should be added on tankers to manage oil discharge to reduce ocean pollution. A new oil discharge monitoring and control system is designed to manage oil discharge, it can summary, record, query and print. Through location by GPS, it also can discharge oil based on different standard. Analysis was done to its function and working flow. The system was based on embeded system and Philips' LPC2292 is the main processor, hardware design, software function and chart flow were given. The system is real-time, high reliability, low power and easy to use. Its technical performance can satisfy the requirements of the International Conventions.
