摘要
所研制的排油监控系统能够通过传感器来测取油份浓度，流量和船速信号，并经计算机计算出油量瞬时排放率和排油总量．依据《７３／７８ 防污公约》规定，可实现自动控制油船含油压载水或洗舱水的排放．
Oil discharge monitoring and control system is the important equipment that controls ship operational oil discharge and protects the sea from pollution. This ship oil discharge monitoring and control system can measure signals of oil density, flow and ship speed by sensors and calculate instantaneous oil discharge rate and the total oil discharged. In accordance with MARPOL 73/78 convention, this system can control the automatic discharge operations of ballast water discharged into the sea by oil tankers.
