摘要
就业结构与产业结构有着密切的联系,就业结构本身就是产业结构研究的一项重要内容。改革开放以来北京产业结构与就业结构互动演变过程揭示:随着北京产业结构的升级,北京地区就业结构已经逐步显现出高职业化、高技能化趋势,未来对就业人口素质要求也将越来越高。
Employment structure is closely linked with industrial structure. What＇s more, employment structure itself is an important field in the research of industrial structure. The interaction procedure of industrial structure and the employment structure in Beijing since the reform and opening up has shown that along with the upgrade of Beijing industrial structure, there emerges a high-professional and highly-skilled trend in Beijing employment structure, and the requirements for the quality of working population will be getting higher and higher in the future.
