摘要
基于5种不同资本形式,建立了家庭牧场可持续发展综合评价指标体系,引入熵权法客观地赋予指标权重,定量地评价了内蒙古白音锡勒牧区30个家庭牧场可持续发展现状。针对不同资本要素,进一步地分析与讨论,初步提出了可持续发展对策。结果表明:研究区域人力资本和社会资本较不足,主要体现在草场经营能力和社会关系网络建设上,且多数牧户对子女教育投入不够重视;在草地资源方面,人均拥有草地面积较丰富,草地质量多数处于中度退化水平;牧区人均纯收入与人均消费低于自治区平均水平,且人均纯收入与人均草地面积、投入产出比正相关,与子女教育投入等相关关系不显著。
A comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable development of household ranch was built based on 5 different forms of capital. The law of entropy right was introduced into the system to give the weights of the indicators objectively, the state of sustainable development of 30 household ranches was evaluated quantificationally in baiyinxile pasture. On this basis, the strategy of sustainable development of household ranch in steppe grassland was put forward. The results showed that human capital and social capital compared less than others, mainly reflected in the viability of grassland management and social relations networks construction, and most parents did pay not enough attention to the education of their children ; the per capita of grassland resources were richer than the average level of Inner Mongolia and the majority ranch was in the quality of a moderate degradation level ; in pastoral areas, per capita net income and per capita consumption were lower than the average level of the autonomous region, and per capita net income positively correlated with per capita grassland area and input - output ratio.
