摘要
目的总结口腔颌面部间隙感染引起的败血症的治疗经验。方法回顾性分析我所工作的厄立特里亚首都中国内外科国家转诊医院奥罗特医院2007～2008年口腔颌面部间隙感染引起的败血症5例。患者均行脓肿切开引流,大量抗生素应用。结果3例患者痊愈出院2例患者死亡。结论口腔颌面部间隙感染引起的败血症病情非常凶险,很容易形成感染性休克,充分的引流,抗生素的应用和及时的给予新鲜血浆、全血、白蛋白的支持治疗尤为重要。
Objective To report experience in the treatment of sepsis caused by oral and maxillofacial space infection. Methods Five cases of sepsis caused by oral and maxillofacial space infection in Eritrea Capital Orotta Hospital（China helped build Internal Medicine ＆ Surgery of National Refferal Hospital in Eritrea） from 2007 to 2008 were studied retrospectively. All 5 cases were incised for drainage and given a number of antibiotics. Results Three patients were cured and 2 patients died, with the curing rate of 60%. Conclution Sepsis caused by oral and maxillofacial space infection is a very dangerous condition, easy to cause septic shock. Therefore,it is very important to treat it by adequate drainage antibiotic use and timely supporting treatment of fresh plasma, whole blood and albumin.
