摘要
目的:提高三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛的治疗效果,减少复发。方法:采用经口内周围神经撕脱加微波热凝术治疗三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛6 5例。结果:经2～5年随访,术后近期控痛率10 0 % ,复发率2 0 %。结论:该方法安全,创伤小,恢复快,效果好,复发率低,是治疗原发性三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛较好的方法。
Objective:To improve the therapeutic results for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia Ⅱ and to reduce recurrences.Methods:Sixty-five patients with second trigeminal neuralgia Ⅱ with avulsion of nerve and tissue were treated with microwave thermocoagulation.Results:All the patients were followed up for 2 to 5 years and the total response rate was 100% in recent years.Complete remission was found in 80% of the patients(52/65)and recurrence was found in 20%(13/65).Conclusions:The method proves to be effective in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia.It has the advantages of safety,slight injury,quick recovery and low recurrence rate.
