摘要
目的了解广西苗族健康人多瘤病毒(BKV)的感染情况,为防治BKV相关性肾病(BKVN)提供理论依据。方法采集广西苗族和汉族健康人外周血标本各500例,提取外周血淋巴细胞(PBLs)基因组DNA,用巢式PCR方法扩增保守区编码序列,统计分析不同民族BKV-DNA检出率。结果苗族健康人群PBLs样品中BKV-DNA序列检出率为62.00%,汉族人群检出率为59.00%,两民族BKV-DNA检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论BKV在广西苗族及汉族健康人群PBLs中均存在较高感染率。正常人PBLs是BKV在人体内的潜伏靶点及传播工具,应加强对BKV条件致病性的认识,积极防治以减少BKVN的发生率。
Objective To study the prevalence of BK virus in peripheral blood leukoeytes （PBLs） of healthy individuals from Miao nationality in Guangxi so as to supply theory for preventi（m and treatment of BKV nephropathy. Methods DNA in PBLs from 1000 blood samples of healthy adult individuals of Miao（n =500） and Han（n =500） nationality were extracted and BKV DNA was examined by nested polymerase chain reaction. The BKV-DNA detection rates were statistically analyzed among different ethnic groups. Results In the 500 PBLa samples from Miao,the detection rate of BKV-DNA was 62.00%. There was no significant difference in ethnic groups distribution between Miao and Han healthy individuals （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion It shows a high prevalence of BKV in PBLs of healthy individuals of Miao and Hart nationality, PBLs are the harbors and the transmission carriers for BKV. Awareness of the opportunistic pathogenicity of BKV should be improved so as to decrease and prevent the incidence ef BKV nephrosis.
