摘要
针对设备安装架结构进行了直升机环境的随机振动分析。首先讨论了直升机平台的振动环境特点,利用能量相等的原则将随机加正弦的振动谱转化为纯随机振动。然后利用Pro-E软件构建的三维模型,导入Hypermesh进行几何处理并划分网格,最后使用ANSYS软件进行有限元求解,得到结构在直升机振动环境下的位移应力响应,并对结构的动强度进行了校核。
A random vibration analysis of mounting rack for helicopter - borne equipment was done. Firstly, the vibration environment of helicopter was described and the random plus sine vibration is transformed into pure random vibration by equivalent energy principle. Secondly, a three-dimensional model was built using software Pro-E, and the finite element model was built using software hypermesh. Lastly, analysis was done using software ANSYS. The dynamic response of a mounting rack was obtained, and the dynamic strength was verified.
