摘要
选用电子节气门代替机械节气门,自行设计控制系统的方案,解决了原汽油机无法直接用于混合动力电动汽车的问题。设计了集成在整车控制器中的电子节气门控制模块,设计并制作了功率放大驱动电路,在发动机台架上进行节气门响应跟踪试验,试验证明所设计的控制系统响应迅速、控制稳定,实现了对电子节气门的有效控制。
An electronic throttle is selected to replace mechanical throttle, and a control system is designed to solve the problem that the mechanical throttle gasoline engine can not be used for the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) directly. The electronic throttle control ( ETC ) system was integrated in vehicle controller unit ( VCU ), while a power amplifier drive circuit was done to drive the throttle. Then a throttle response test was carried out. It is proved that the control system has rapid response and stable control,which can achieve the effective control capability of the electronic throttle.
