摘要
文章将对象直接放在仿真环中参与仿真过程,使仿真系统不需要对非线性部分进行建模,研究了一种基于低成本方案的汽车电子半实物仿真装置的开发技术,基于Simulink搭建了汽车电子节气门的仿真控制模型,并设计了相应的硬件接口电路,进行了PID控制算法的调试。该实物仿真系统既可在软件环境下对汽车电子节气门进行仿真,实现硬件在环测试,也可以通过I/O接口与真实的电子节气门体相连接以观察系统的仿真效果,据此分析比较控制器模型控制策略的优劣并自动生成控制代码。
The object of study was directly put in the simulation loop to participate in the simulation,so it was unnecessary for the simulation system to build models of the nonlinear parts.A kind of development technology of automobile electronic hardware-in-the-loop simulation instruments based on low-cost project is discussed in this paper.A simulation control model of automobile electronic throttle is built based on Simulink,the corresponding hardware interface circuit is designed and the PID control algorithm is debugged.Based on this hardware-in-the-loop simulation system,the simulation of automobile electronic throttle is conducted in the software environment and the hardware-in-the-loop test is implemented.Meanwhile,according to the simulation results observed by connecting the I/O interface and the real electronic throttle body,the relative merits of the control strategy of the controller model are analyzed and the control code is created automatically.
