摘要
以pH为在线过程参数,结合糖、铵的残留浓度等离线生化参数,分析顶头孢霉生长过程的代谢规律,并通过摇瓶实验确定了新的移种标准。照此标准进行了12m3发酵罐验证试验。结果头孢菌素C的平均总亿比对照(旧移种标准)约提高了8%,同时杂质含量有所降低。
The growth and metabolism properties of Acremonium cephalosporium were investigated via the on-line process parameter pH associated with the off-line parameters such as residual concentrations of the sugar and ammonium. A new inoculation pH standard was determined in the shake flask and further verified on pilot-scale tests (12 m^3) with about 8 % increase of the average total yield of cephalosporin C compared with the control. Meanwhile, the content of the impurities decreased.
