摘要
金属密封环的密封稳定性直接影响到牙轮钻头的使用寿命,利用等离子喷涂技术在牙轮钻头金属密封环材料20CrN iMo合金钢表面喷涂WC-Co硬质涂层,以期提高其表面耐磨性能,从而提高牙轮钻头的寿命。用显微硬度仪测试涂层的硬度,用MFT-4000型高速往复摩擦磨损实验机对涂层进行耐磨性能实验,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析了涂层的截面形貌和相结构。结果表明:等离子喷涂WC-Co涂层后,试样表面硬度显著提高,摩擦因数减小,抗磨损性能大幅提高。
The seal stability of the metal seal ring directly affected the working life of the roller bit. The WC-Co coating was prepared on the surface of 20CrNiMo by plasma spraying technique, to expect more cure wear-resistance property. The wear behavior of the WC-Co coating under dry sliding against GCrl5 steel was evaluated on a MFT-4000 high speed to-and-fro test rig. The microhardness of the surface of sample was tested by HMV-1T micro-sclerometer. The cross sectional microstructure and the phase structure of the WC-Co coating were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that it is feasible to prepare a coating of 260μm thick by this process. The microhardness of the coating is as high as 1 150.0HV, which is much larger than that of 20CrNiMo base. It is found that the WC-Co coating has excellent wear-resistant behaviors.
