软油箱法兰盘开裂分析

摘要 橡胶软油箱安装使用后发现漏油,经检查为软油箱法兰盘开裂所致。通过对法兰盘开裂位置进行宏观检查、断口分析、材料成分分析、粘接界面分析、金相组织分析以及红外光谱分析,查找法兰盘内嵌金属件的腐蚀原因,确定法兰盘开裂的性质及原因。研究结果表明:法兰盘开裂性质为过载;过载开裂的主要原因是法兰盘内嵌金属件与橡胶粘接边缘完全被氯醇橡胶腐蚀,导致粘接界面开裂,进而导致结构的承载能力下降;法兰盘内嵌金属件边缘存在大量微裂纹,也进一步加剧了粘接区域的弱化。 A rubber fuel tank was found to be leaking after installation and was found to be caused by cracking of the fuel tank flange.Macroscopic inspection of the cracking position of the flange,macro and micro observation of the fracture,material composition analysis,bonding interface analysis,metallographic examination,and the Fourier Transform Infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy analysis were carried out to analyze the cracking reasons of the flange and the corrosion reasons of metal embedded in the flange.The results show that the cracking mode is overload.The main reason for the overload cracking is that the bonding edges of the embedded metal of the flange and the rubber were completely corroded by the chlorohydrin rubber,causing the bonding interface to crack,which in turn decreased the load-bearing capacity of the structure.There were a large number of microcracks at the edge of the metal in the flange,which further aggravated the weakening of the bonding region.
