摘要
运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对河南省10个城市的体育公共服务情况进行调查研究。结果显示:体育组织服务对城市体育公共服务居民满意度的贡献率最大;随着年龄与文化程度的增长,居民对体育组织服务和体育设施服务总体满意度上呈现上升趋势;而对体育指导服务、体育信息服务和体育活动服务满意度呈现下降趋势,其中在体育指导服务方面尤为明显。建议河南省政府加强城市体育公共服务制度建设,完善社会体育指导员培养机制,加强体育组织服务管理,大力提倡体育活动项目创新。
In this paper,a series of methods such as literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,etc is used to survey the public services for urban sports in 10 cities of Henan Province.The results show that：sports organizing service has made the greatest contribution to the public services satisfaction for urban sports;with age and literacy growing,the urban residents have a booming satisfaction to sports organizing service and sports facility service in general;While on the contrary, they have a declining satisfaction to sports guidance service,sports information service and sports activity service,especially to sports guidance service. It is suggested that Henan provincial govemment should reinforce the public service sysyem, improve the training mechanism of social sport instructors,intensify the management of sports organizing service and advocate the sport events innovation in large.
