摘要 以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)共聚物为有机相,通过正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)引入SiO2无机相,采用溶胶-凝胶法制得P(AM-co-AMPS)/SiO2高吸水性杂化材料。讨论了各影响因素对材料性能的影响,结果表明,本实验条件下最优工艺为:交联剂用量0.03%,引发剂用量0.4%,AM与AMPS物质的量配比为1∶1,TEOS用量为5%。在该条件下制得的材料单体转化率超过85%,吸纯水倍率、吸盐水倍率分别可达到1769g/g和103g/g。通过环境扫描电子显微镜(ESEM)对吸水凝胶的表面表征,结果表明P(AM-co-AMPS)/SiO2具有网络结构。 Superabsorbent hybrid materials synthesized by sol-gel method, using the copolymer of acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamide-2-aethylpropanesul-fonic acid(AMPS) as the organic phase, introducing silicon dioxide(SiO2 ) as inorganic phase which obtained by ethyl silicate(TEOS). The influence of synthetic condition on the properties of materials were discussed systematically, and a suitable preparation condition are determined. The results were as following: the ratio of AM to AMPS was 1 : 1,the amount of the TEOS, initiator and crosslinker were 5%,0. 4%and 0. 03% of the monomer respectively. The water absorbency, sanlinity water absorbency and monomer fractional conversion of P(AM-co-AMPS)/SiO2 superabsorbent can reach 1769g/g, 103g/g, 85% respectively. Based on the characterization of ESEM, It was found the construction of P(AM-co-AMPS)/SiO2 was network.
