摘要
所谓网上购物，就是通过互联网检索商品信息，并通过电子订购单发出购物请求，然后填上私人支票帐号或信用卡的号码，厂商通过邮购的方式发货，或是通过快递公司送货上门。该文介绍了网上购物的现状．主要从技术和经营管理两个方面讨论了网上购物存在的风险。
The so-called online shopping, that is, commodity information retrieved via the Internet, and through electronic purchase order issued by shopping request, and then fill in the personal checks or credit card account numbers, manufacturers shipped by mail order or home delivery by courier. This paper describes the status of online shopping, mainly from two aspects of technical and management discussed the risks of online shopping there.
