摘要 为了更好地对生产矿井工作面的风量分配与瓦斯管理进行科学指导,开发了采掘瓦斯涌出量性能化预报方法。该方法以其影响因素的量化为基础,其内容包括性能化分析、动态预报、动态校正与实施规范4部分。影响因素的量化涵盖了煤层赋存、地质构造、采掘工艺和生产环境,并充分考虑了影响系数的动态性。该方法在开滦赵各庄和唐山2个矿井10多个采掘工作面试用,结果表明:以采掘实际月进度为预报单元,预报准确率大于90%,这是一种通用性与针对性强,可长期保持高准确率的预报方法。 In order to scientifically guide the ventilation value distribution and gas management for the coal mining face in the production mine, a performance prediction method of the gas emission value from the mining and excavation was developed. Based on the quantification of the influence factors, the method would include the four sections, as the performance analysis, dynamic prediction, dynamic correction and implementation code. The quantification of the influence factors would be covered with the seam deposit, geological structure, mining and excavation technique and production environment and had a full consideration on the dynamic natural disposition of the influence factors. The results showed that taking the actual month advancing rate of the mining and excavation as the element of the prediction, the month predicted accuracy of the coal mining face would be over 90% and would be a prediction method with the generality and aiming high and long term high accuracy.
