摘要 建立高效液相色谱法测定食品中纽甜的含量。采用AgilentTCC18柱(4.6mm×250mmi.d.5μm),流动相为乙腈—缓冲溶液(体积比为35?65),流速1.0mL/min,二极管阵列检测器(DAD),柱温30℃。结果表明,纽甜质量浓度在5~100μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回收率在90%~99%。方法简便快速,操作稳定,经济环保,适用于食品中纽甜含量的检测。 A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determinc of amounts of neotame in food. The column of Agilent TC C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm i.d.5μm) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-buffer solution(35: 65, V/V) at a flow rateof 1.0 mk/min and column temperature 30℃ with diode-array detector were adopeted. The method was proved tobe linear in the range of neotame from 5~ 100μg/mk. The recovery was 90 %--99 %. Conclusion: The method was simple, fast and stable. It was suitable for quantitative analysis for the amounts of neotame in i-hod.
