含脱层复合材料简支梁的弹性力学解 被引量:2

ELASTICITY SOLUTION OF SIMPLE-SUPPORTED COMPOSITE BEAMS WITH DELAMINATIONS

摘要 本文以含单个脱层的两层复合材料简支梁为例,研究在静力荷载作用下,脱层对复合材料层合梁应力和位移分布的影响。首先,将梁沿叠层界面切开,分别求得各层的弹性力学解。然后,用待定的竖向集中力代替脱层处层间的接触应力,并对叠层的界面条件进行重组得到新的界面方程。最后,对重组后的界面方程作Fourier展开,结合脱层接触处竖向位移相等的条件,以集中力的正负判别脱层是否真实接触,通过迭代运算,成功解决了脱层的变形干涉问题,得到了高精度的解。数值结果与商业有限元软件ANSYS进行了比较,显示出很好的一致性。 Taking the two-layer simple-supported composite beam with one delamination as example, this paper studies the effect of delamination on the stress and displacement distributions of the beam under static loads. Separating the beam into two parts along the delamination, the elasticity solution of each layer has been given respectively. The vertical point forces are used to replace the'distributive contact stresses between the upper and lower surfaces of the delamination. The interface equations are regrouped along the beam length. The new interface equations are expanded by using the Fourier transformation. Combining to the condition of zero vertical displacements at contact points and using the sign of the contact forces to distinguish the case of true contacts, the interference of the displacements between the upper and lower surfaces of the delamination has been successfully solved by using the iterarive calculations. High accuracy solution has been obtained. Excellent consistency of the present solutions and the finite element solutions from the commercial program ANSYS has been observed.
