摘要
目的:优化退热解毒灵颗粒中的水提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计L9(3^4)法,以柴胡皂苷a为指标,优化退热解毒灵颗粒中的水提取工艺。结果:确定制备过程的最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎成粗粉加10倍量水,85℃时提取1.5h,分二次提取为宜。结论:优选工艺科学合理,可作为该制剂的合理开发依据。
Objective : To optimize water-extraction process of tuire jieduling granules. Method : The orthogonal test of L9( 34 ) was used to optimize the water-extraction extraction process of tuire jieduling granules with the content of Saikosaponins a was used as index. Result: The optimize conditions for tuire jiedulin'g granules were as follows : herb medicine crumbed 10 times of water to 85℃ extracting 1.5 hours by 2 times. Conclusion: The optimum process is reasonable and stable and it could be provided for the references for tuirejieduling granules for its further investigation.
