摘要
目的：优化退热解毒灵颗粒中的水提取工艺。方法：采用正交设计L9（3^4）法，以柴胡皂苷a为指标，优化退热解毒灵颗粒中的水提取工艺。结果：确定制备过程的最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎成粗粉加10倍量水，85℃时提取1．5h，分二次提取为宜。结论：优选工艺科学合理，可作为该制剂的合理开发依据。
Objective ： To optimize water-extraction process of tuire jieduling granules. Method ： The orthogonal test of L9（ 34 ） was used to optimize the water-extraction extraction process of tuire jieduling granules with the content of Saikosaponins a was used as index. Result： The optimize conditions for tuire jiedulin＇g granules were as follows ： herb medicine crumbed 10 times of water to 85℃ extracting 1.5 hours by 2 times. Conclusion： The optimum process is reasonable and stable and it could be provided for the references for tuirejieduling granules for its further investigation.
