摘要
[目的]制定双黄连滴丸的指标成分黄芩苷的含量测定方法。[方法]以反相高效液相色谱法测定双黄连滴丸中的黄芩苷含量,并进行方法学考察。[结果]双黄连滴丸中黄芩苷的含量测定无干扰,含量为14.12%。[结论]有效成分含量测定方法可行。
[Objective] To establish the determination method for the content of baicalin as quality control index of Shuanghuanglian Dripping Pills. [Methods] Antiphase pressurized liquor chromatography method was used and the investigation of methodology was also carried out. [Results] This assay was oerformed without interference and the baicalin content of Shuanghuanglian Dripping Pills was 14.12%. [Conclusions] The method for content determination of the effective component was feasible.
