摘要
以E-2-己烯醛为原料研究了3-甲硫基己醇及3-甲硫基乙酸己酯的合成方法。首先甲硫醇钠与E-2-己烯醛发生1,4-共轭加成得到3-甲硫基己醛,产率87%;然后用硼氢化钠还原得到3-甲硫基己醇,产率92%左右;3-甲硫基己醇在乙酸钠的催化下与乙酸酐反应,得到3-甲硫基乙酸己酯,产率约95%。产物结构经过GC/MS和1HNMR谱图进行了确认。
The syntheses of sulfur-containing flavors 3-methylthio-1-hexanol and 3-methylthio-1- hexyl acetate were studied by starting from E-2-hexenal. The 1,4-conjugated addition of sodium thiomethoxide with E-2-hexenal gave 3-methylthio hexanal in about 87 % yield; 3-methylthio hexanal was reduced by NaBH4 to produce 3-methylthio hexanol in about 92%-3-methylthio hexyl acetate was obtained by esterification of 3-methylthio hexanol with acetic anhydride catalyzed by sodium acetate in about 95% yield. The products were confirmed by GC/MS and 1HNMR.
