摘要
实行护理会诊制度是军队中心医院解决危重疑难患者跨专科护理问题的有效途径。本文对医院实行护理会诊制度的具体做法进行了介绍,同时对开展护理会诊的效果、意义及存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决对策。
It is nursing consultation that is an effective method to solve the critical and complicated case＇s nursing problems in military central hospitals. The article introduced the main method of carrying out nursing consultation. At the same time, the author analyzed the effects, significance and defects of it. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward.
