摘要
目的通过观察加硒啤酒和普通啤酒对肾性高血压模型大鼠的血压影响,探讨啤酒是否有降低血压的作用及其机制。方法Wister大鼠60只按体重随机分为6组后4组进行左肾动脉狭窄手术,即空白组、假手术组、模型对照组、普通啤酒组、加硒啤酒组和替米沙坦组。从手术后满4周开始喂饲相应啤酒和替米沙坦药物(空白对照组、模型组和假手术组为凉开水),至12周末,每2周末测定1次血压。结果术后12周末,2个啤酒组血压均比空白对照组、假手术组和替米沙坦组要高,比模型对照组要低,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),加硒啤酒组大鼠血压比普通啤酒组要低(P<0.05)。结论加硒啤酒和普通啤酒能降低肾性高血压大鼠的血压。
[Objectives] To study the influence of beer on the renal hypertansive rats blood pressure, to observe whether moderate consumption of beer can play a useful role in dropping hypertansion and the mechanism of it. [ Methods ] Wister rats of 6 weeks were divided into six groups stochastically according to weight, namely the blank group, the sham-operation group, the model control group, the selenium-added beer group, the common beer group and for the telmisartan group . Feeding the beer and telmisartan （blank control group, model group and sham-operation group for boiled and cooled water） after the surgery the full 4 weeks, every two weekends measured the the blood pressure,4 times. [Results] After 12 weeks, in two beer groups was higher than the blank group, the shamoperation group and the telmisartan group ;lower than the sham-operated group （P 〈0.05）, of the selenium-added beer group being lower than the common beer group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Beer could reduce in renal hypertensive rats.
