摘要
通过猴下颌升支矢状劈开前徙术后不同时期扫描电镜的动态观察,发现骨段连接区界面的发展不平衡,是一个界面由宽到窄最后完全骨性连接的过程。整个界面的连接程度进展不一,骨性连接的早晚与应力分布的状况有关。同时发现,非胶原蛋白是胶原基质最终发生矿化的核化中心,胶原是晶体物质取向沉积的被动模板,能促使细胞对骨基质的附着,而骨基质的改建则是一个不断吸收和沉积的过程。
The following is the study by scanning electron microscope at the Macaca Malutta after the sagittal split of ramus mandible osteotomy. The results show that the boundary growth of bone segment conjunction area is unbalanced. The boundary conjunction is a process from wide line to narrow line, and finally the bone segments conjunction area is completely ossified. The ossification of conjunction line is related to the distribution of stress. The process of repair is controlled by a mechanical situation.
