摘要
测定４６例原发性肝癌患者的血清Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｓｅ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值，与对照组比较：血清Ｚｎ、Ｓｅ水平明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．００１）；而Ｃｕ及Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ比值则高于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．００１）；而且血清Ｃｕ水平与患者病期有关，并与患者生存天数呈相关关系（ｒ＝－０．７２４）
The serum levevls of Cu、Zn、Se were detected in 46 cases with primary liver cancer.The results showed that the serum Zn Se levels of the patients were significantly lower than that of the control;But the serum Cu level and Cu/Zn ratio of the patients were higher than those of the control;The serum Cu level of the patients with stage Ⅱ～Ⅲ diease was lower than that of the patients with stage Ⅳ disease (P<001);The serum Cu level had a negative relationship with the survival time of the patients (r=-0.724)
