摘要
乳酸乙酯是无毒,可生物降解,溶解性能好并可取代有毒的卤化物溶剂,是工业上及消费者中有广泛用途的"绿色溶剂".合成乳酸乙酯催化剂的研究对于乳酸乙酯的生产具有重大影响.评述了对甲苯磺酸,阳离子交换树脂,六水三氯化铁,氯化亚锡,三氯化铝,改性氧化锆,铁钾矾,十二水合硫酸铁铵,稀土硫酸盐,一水硫酸氢钠,复合固体超强酸,杂多酸,分子筛,离子液体和脂肪酶等催化剂催化合成乳酸乙酯的合成方法.
Ethyl lactate is nontoxic,biodegradable and excellent solvent properties that can replace toxic and halogenated solvent for a wide range of industrial applications and consumer uses as a "green solvent". Research into synthetic catalyst of ethyl lactate will have greatly influenced to production of ethyl lactate. The synthesis methods of ethyl lactate catalyzed by P-toluene sulfonic acid, cationic exchange resin, ferric chloride hexahydrate, stannous chloride, Aluminium chloride, modified zirconium oxid, ferric-potassium vitriol, ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahydrate, rave earth sulfate, sodium bisulfate monohydrate, complex solid superacid, heteropoly acid, molecular sieve, ionic liquid and lipase etal. Catalysts were reviewed.
