摘要
针对馆员培训工作中存在的认识不足及培训缺乏层次性的问题,采用归纳法和理论研究的方法,论述了馆员培训的必要性,分析了单个岗位与岗位群对馆员的不同要求,得出了分层次培训的新思路,对馆员的成长和图书馆事业的发展起到了积极的作用。
In view of the problem that the understanding and arrangement deficiency exists in the librarians＇ training work, the paper dicussses the necessity of librarians＇ training using induction method and theory research method,analyses different requirements to the librarians at single post and post group. And the new thinking way of arrangement is gained,which plays an active role in the growth of librarians and the development of the library.
