摘要
目的：建立测定仙灵骨葆分散片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：采用Agilent Extent C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）柱,以乙腈-0.1%乙酸溶液（28∶72）为流动相,流速：1.0 mL.min-1;在270 nm波长处检测。结果：淫羊藿苷在0.368~1.84μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.84%,RSD为1.59%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便快速,准确性和重复性好,可用于仙灵骨葆分散片中的淫羊藿苷的含量测定。
Objective： To establish a method for HPLC determination of icariin in Xianling gubao Dispersibie Tables. Methods： The condition for HPLC was C18 colunm（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,Agilent the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results： The standard curve was liner in the range of 0. 368 - 1.84 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The coverage recovery was 99.84 % with RSD 1.59 %. Conclusion： The method shows good separating result, accuracy and reproducibility, can be used for the quality control of Xianling gubao Dispersibie Tables.
