摘要
司法鉴定的质量影响着司法公正,提高司法鉴定的质量关键依靠制度。笔者从我国司法鉴定制度应树立和谐的理念出发,分析司法鉴定制度的现状及存在的问题,进而思考如何改善司法鉴定制度,以期在以后的立法和司法中予以改革与完善。
