摘要
简要回顾了国内外基础设施与经济发展关系研究的文献,发现其较少涉及细分产业或行业,尚未发现基础设施对商业经济影响的定量分析文献。设计了城市能源系统、城市通讯系统、城市文教系统、城市交通系统四个影响城市商圈的变量,并对此进行了深入的分析。结果表明基础设施对城市商圈的发展影响显著,但各变量对城市商圈的影响程度不一,影响最大的为城市文教系统和城市交通系统。高等学校在校生、高等学校教职工、公共汽(电)车运营数对城市商圈的产出弹性分别为0.5317、0.4910和0.4185。
After briefly reviewing the literature on the relation between infrastructure and economic growth, this article points out that quantitative analysis on infrastructure and commercial economy has not been found. Four systems, that is, urban energy system, urban communications system, urban culture and education system and urban transportation system, are designed to analyze relations on trade area development of city. The results show that infrastructure development impact significantly trade area of city, but the affecting degrees are in variation. The biggest impact factors arc urban culture and education system and urban transportation system. The output elasticity of infrastructure to trade area of city on college students, college staffs and public vehicles is 0. 5317, 0. 4910 and 0. 4185 respectively.
