摘要
对商业用地选址影响因素进行分析,从地理位置、社会经济条件以及政治条件三方面做了较为详细的研究:首先,从宏观和微观角度论证了位置条件是选址中的决定因素;接着,阐述了社会经济条件对选址的重要影响;然后,从政治角度,指出政治因素也是不可忽视的一方面;最后,结合实例说明这些因素在商业用地选址中的作用和影响.
By examining influential factors of site selection for developing commercial land use, this article gives a detailed research about this question from aspects such as location, society, economy, and politics. First, we discuss the determination role of location in site selection; second, expound the importance of social and economic factor in site selection; third, point out that the politics factor should not be neglected; at last, analyze the influences of these factors with a practical example.
