摘要
本文以亚运村图书大厦为研究对象,运用中心地理论中的中心地等级规模分布和职能结构进行分析,将中心地理论应用于亚运村图书大厦的区位优势度研究。首先从宏观角度分析北京中心地区位机构的变化与亚运村图书大厦的空间布局的关系,通过等级规模分布的演变分析强调北京市商业中心正逐步向西北方向偏移,亚奥商圈区级中心地地位不断提升;其次从中心地的积聚性、人口因素及其购买力和交通的通达性三个方面论证亚运村图书大厦中心地职能构成,关注亚运村图书大厦本身的实体空间问题,充分证明其选址的合理性。
This paper employs the central place theory for the study of the Bookstore Building of Beijing Asian Games Village. Through the analysis of the central rank-size distribution and its functional structure, we study the location superiority degree of the Building. Firstly, the relationship between the shifting of the central place structure of Beijing and the spatial distribution of the Bookstore Building is analyzed macroscopically. Through the analysis of the evolution of the central rand-size distribution, we find that the commercial center of Beijing is now being shifted towards the north-western part of the city and the importance of the Asian Olympic Business Circle has been continuously promoted. Secondly, we discuss the central place function structure of the Bookstore building from three aspects, i.e., the focusing of the central place, its population component and purchasing power, and, the transportation accessibility, esp., the real space of the Building itself. Our conclusion is that the location selection of the Bookstore Building is reasonable.
