摘要
试验以感染霜霉病的黄瓜品种津优22为材料,采用美国LI-COR公司生产的LI-6400型便携式光合仪测定其在不同染病时期黄瓜叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶温等指标.结果表明:随着霜霉病感染程度的逐渐加深,黄瓜的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率都呈明显的下降趋势,而胞间CO2浓度、叶温却逐渐上升;叶绿素的含量随霜霉病程度的加重而逐渐减少.
Using LI-6400 photosynthesis measure system made in LI-COR Corporation of America and taking cucumber "jinyou 22" infecting downy mildew as material, the experiment measured the chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate and the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate and the intercellular C02 density and leaf temperature in fruiting stage. The result showed: the net photosynthetic rate and the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of cucumber was decreased significantly,but the intercellular CO2 density and the leaf temperature was rised gradually, chlorophyll content reduced gradually with downy mildew aggravated.
