摘要
精神是社会意识的最高层面,贵阳城市精神是中华民族精神的区域化、具体化、特殊化和个别化的典型案例,是具有时间原发性和空间原创性的思想传统和地域文化,是伴随着民族兴衰、时空延伸而不断损益的反映一个民族相对稳定的本质特征、核心价值和心灵支柱。中共贵阳市委把"知行合一,协力争先"作为贵阳精神来加以培养,有着充分的学理依据。知与行的关系,需要作一历史考察,孔子对"知"有多方面的论述,从孔子到王阳明,知行关系展开为若干方面,王阳明的"知行合一"学说则经历了三个发展阶段,最终完成了他的理论建构。"知行合一,协力争先"的贵阳精神具有十分重要的意义。通过对"知行合一"、"协力"、"争先"、"同心"与"协力"、"协力"与"争先"等范畴及其相互关系的论述,得出结论认为:"知行合一,协力争先"作为贵阳精神,它是一种崇高的社会理想,是一种人格操守和精神境界,是做人的道德准则和具体的处世原则,是人们实现其价值目标的方法论原则,是人们行动的指针和催人奋进的动力。
Spirit is in the highest status of social consciousness and the city spirit of Guiyang is the typical case of the regionalized, concretized, particularized and individualized Chinese national spirit, which is the ideological tradition and regional culture that are primary of time and original of space, and which are continuingly gained and lost in the process of a nation＇s rise and fall and temporal and spatial extension, reflecting a nation＇s relatively stable essential feature, core value and spiritual support. Guiyang municipal party committee of the Communist Party of China define ＂the unity of knowledge and practice, striving for priority＂ as Guiyang spirit, which has a theoretical evidence. It is required to explore the relation between knowledge and practice from the historical perspective and Confucius described ＂knowledge＂ from multiple aspects. The relation between knowledge and practice was unfolded in a number of aspects from Confucius to Wang Yangming. The unity of knowledge and practice by Wang Yangming experienced three developmental stages and his theory was constructed finally. ＂The unity of knowledge and practice, striving for priority＂ is of significance to Guiyang Spirit. Through describing the several categories and their relations of the unity of knowledge and practice, joint efforts, striving for priority, concentric work and joint efforts, joint efforts and striving for priority, a conclusion is made that as Guiyang spirit, ＂the unity of knowledge and practice, striving for priority＂ is a lofty social ideal, a personal integrity, a spiritual realm, the moral standards of behaviors and the principles of life, the methodology of realizing people value goal, and the pointer of actions and the dynamic of encouraging people to make efforts.
