摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA)是一类长约19~23个核苷酸的内源性非编码核糖核酸(RNA),与基因的表达调控密切相关。其在生长发育、细胞分化与增生、细胞凋亡、激素分泌、脂肪代谢及癌症的发生发展等生命活动中具有重要作用。miRNA作为潜在的药物开发新靶点引起关注,基于miRNA的分子机制及其在药物研发中的应用值得探讨。 MicroRNAs (miRNA) are about 19-23 nucleotides endogenous noncoding RNAs, which are close related with the regulation of gene expression. The recent research results indicate that miRNAs play important roles life activity, such as physical development, apoptosis, differentiation and proliferation of cells, hormone secretion, lipo metabolism and carcinogenesis, miRNAs are new potential drug targets. This paper mainly discusses the molecul mechanisms of miRNAs and their application to drug research.
