摘要
通过对参考咨询服务特别是数字参考服务涵义剖析,分析了农业院校数字参考咨询服务的特点,并对农业院校数字参考咨询服务的方式进行优劣对比,以便对农业院校数字参考咨询服务提出一些有益的探索。
