摘要
分别介绍了传统参考咨询服务模式与数字参考咨询服务模式的内涵,探讨了两者的关系,进而提出了复合型参考咨询服务模式的构想。
This paper introduces the connotations of traditional reference service and digital reference service, probes into the relation between the two modes, and advances the presumption of compound reference service mode.
