摘要
研究了荧光分光光度法直接测定环境水样中碱性玫瑰精的方法。实验结果表明:在室温下控制溶液pH值为6.0~9.0的条件下,可直接测定环境水样中碱性玫瑰精含量。方法线性范围为0.125 g/mL~0.750 g/mL,回收率97.6%~102.9%。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏、杂质干扰少。
The method for direct determination of Rhodamine B in environmental water by fluorescence spectrophotometry was studied. The results showed that the Rhodamin B content in environmental water can be determined directly at room temperature when solution pH could be controlled within 6.0 -9.0. The linear range of the method was 0. 125 g/ml -0. 750 g/ml, and the recovery rate was 97.6% -102.9%. This method was simple, fast and sensitive with low contamination interference.
