摘要 信息技术的飞速发展刺激了对计算机人才的大量需求,但长期以来,工程应用性本科人才培养与就业一直是困扰应用型本科院校发展的一个难题。本文分析工程类计算机教育与传统职业教育与学术教育的不同,并从课程结构、教学过程、学生兴趣等几个方面对工程应用型计算机本科人才培养模式和策略进行阐述,并积极结合本校计算机系教学现状进行应用型本科人才培养探索和实践。 The rapid development of information technology stimulates a great demand for qualified personnel in computer science and technology. However, education and employment of engineering-oriented personals is always a difficult problem in the engineering -oriented College. In this paper, we first compare engineer application-oriented education with traditional scholar education and vocational education, and then we analyze the difference among them and take a detailed study on the educational patterns and strategies of engineering -oriented personal in computer science and technology in four aspects, Curriculum structure, teaching and learning process and students interest. At last, we apply these improvements with our current state to examine and explore these ways and make quite satisfactory performance.
