交联聚合物微球分散体系的性能评价 被引量:17

摘要 采用反相微乳液聚合的方法合成了驱油用交联聚合物微球,研究了交联聚合物微球分散体系的溶胀性、耐温性、封堵和驱油性。扫描电镜实验结果表明,该体系具有较好的溶胀性,NaCl的质量分数越高,交联聚合物微球的溶胀倍数越小。核孔膜实验结果表明,该体系溶胀30d后,封堵能力减弱,但对核孔膜仍可形成有效封堵;溶胀温度达到90℃时,该体系通过核孔膜的时间为3.48min,表明仍具有一定的封堵能力。岩心实验结果表明,注入18倍孔隙体积的孤岛油田污水配制的质量分数为0.03%的微球分散体系,采收率可提高8.3%。该微球分散体系具有较好的封堵性能,克服了交联聚合物溶液对配制水质和油藏温度的苛刻要求,是一种具有潜力的调剖驱油剂。 Linked polymer microspheres were synthesized using inverse micro emulsion polymerization,and the properties of swelling,temperature tolerant,plugging and oil displacement efficiency were investigated in laboratory. Scanning electron microscopy experiments showed that the linked polymer microspberes dispersed system has good swelling property with the higher salt concentration,the smaller swelling multiples. The nuclear pore film results showed that the plugging property of the system hydrated 30 days declined,but still has efficient plugging. The time that the particles hydrated in 90℃ pass through the membrane was 3.48min,which indicates that the system has certain plugging ability. Core experiment result showed that oil recovery may be enhanced by 8.3% when 0.03% microspheres dispersed system prepared by 18 pore volume of Gudao Oilfield waste water. The microspheres dispersed system has better plugging property ,and overcomes the linked polymer solution requirements for the preparation of water and temperature,which can be recommended as a potential agent for profile control.
