摘要
研究并比较了交联聚合物微球分散体系、交联聚合物溶液(LPS)和部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)的流变性质,为其进一步推广和应用提供理论依据。采用稳态流变性测定方法对交联聚合物微球分散体系、LPS和HPAM的流型以及体系流变行为的时间效应进行了研究。结果表明,交联聚合物微球分散体系和LPS表现为高于临界剪切速率的胀流性和负触变性,HPAM表现为假塑性和非依时性。
The rheological properties and microstrueture of linked polymer micro-ball system, LPS and HPAM were studied and compared. From which the theoretical foundation for further generalization and application of them could provided. The steady rheometry was used to study the flow behavior and time-dependent properties of LPS, pre-linked polymer micro-ball systems and HPAM. The results showed that LPS and pre-linked polymer micro-ball systems behaved shear-thickening and negative thixotropy when the shear rate was higher than a critical shear rate (CSR), HPAM behaved pseudoplasticity and no time-dependent prdperties.
