摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种临床常见的结肠慢性炎症性疾病。病因和发病机制未明,研究认为细胞因子的失衡起着非常重要的作用。白介素-18(IL-18)是一种重要的免疫调节因子,不论是在加强机体的免疫力方面,还是在许多疾病的治疗中都具有重要的研究前景。IL-18与溃疡性结肠炎的关系日益受到重视。
Ulcerative colitis is a common chronic inflammatory disease of colon in clinic. Its mechanisms of etiology and pathogenesis have remained obscure, but through the research it is well known that the imbalance of eytokines play a central role in modulating inflammation. IL-18 is an important immunomodulator which have important value not only in strengthening the bodyg immune system but also in the treatment of many diseases. It will attract more attention to the correlation with ulcerative colitis.
