摘要
综述中医药治疗桥本甲状腺炎的研究现状,从本病的病因病机、辨证施治以及众多医家的经验方三方面进行研究。结论:桥本甲状腺炎基本病机多为气滞、痰凝、血瘀,涉及肝、脾、肾三脏,病性虚实夹杂常见,中医药对本病具有良好的临床疗效和广阔的研究前景。
According to mechanism, treating in differentiation and doctors＇ experience, TCM medicine status for hashimoto＇s thyroiditis were studied. Conclusion： HT was caused by Qizhi, Tanning and Xueyu in liver, spleen and kidney, and it often was Xushi Jiaza. TCM medicine shows obvious effects and research prospects on HT.
