摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对老年患者留置针留置效果的影响,以期减少堵管、脱落、静脉炎发生,延长留置时间,完成留置疗程。方法将150例老年输液患者按便利抽样法随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。对照组行常规护理,观察组由留置针安全管理小组专人穿刺,全面护理。结果观察组疗程完成率为69.3%,并发症发生率(静脉炎发生率、意外拔管率、堵管率)为30.6%,单条静脉再用率为78.7%;而对照组分别为32.0%、68.0%和56.0%,两组比较,观察组均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预明显减少并发症的发生,有利于延长留置时间,完成留置疗程,更好保护血管,从而提高单条静脉的再用率。
Objective To investigate the effects of integrated nursing intervention on the elderly patients with superficial vein-detaining needle for less catheter blockage and shedding, few occurrence of phlebitis and longer indwelling time. Methods A total of 150 elderly patients were randomized into the observation group and control group with 75 patients in each group. Routine nursing was applied in the control group and designated puncture with comprehensive nursing in the observation group. Results In the observation group,the completion rate of treatment course, occurrence rate of complication （occurrence rate of phlebitis,accident extubation rate and catheter blockage rate） and reapplication rate of single vein were 69.3% ,30.6% and 78.7% ,respectively. In the control group, the corresponding rate was 32.0%, 68.0% and 56.0%, respectively. The comparison between the two groups indicated that the corresponding indicators in the observation group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Integrated nursing intervention can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of complications,prolong indwelling time, complete treatment course,better protect blood vessel for higher reapplication rate of single vein.
