摘要
医疗信息整合(integrating the healthcare enterprise,IHE)一直以来都是医院数字化发展进程中最重要的问题。本研究的目的在于消除由于医疗信息设备的异构性和软件系统采用数据标准的差异性而造成的信息孤岛现象,从而实现医疗信息的互通和共享。在介绍了IHE的发展现状及Agent技术之后,采用Agent理论及XML技术,给出了一个基于Agent技术的医疗信息整合系统框架,并就其关键技术转换Agent的设计及不同格式的医疗信息数据到HL7格式的转换方法作了进一步的研究。
integrating the healthcare enterprise （IHE） has been always the most important issue for the development of digital hospital. The purpose of this study lies in the elimination of the phenomenon of information isolated island because of the heterogeneity of medical equipment and different data standards of software systems,and then implements the exchange and sharing of medical information. In this paper, the development status of IHE and the technology of Agent are introduced. Using the theory of Agent and XML technology, a framework of integrating the healthcare enterprise based on Agent technology is presented. At last, it also offered some advanced research of the key technology that is the design about transform Agem and the method of transforming different formal data to HLT.
