摘要
当前大多数医疗机构的信息建立在不同的系统平台之上,从而形成了信息孤岛.为了支持医疗机构间的合作,实现病人医疗信息共享是十分必要的.该文提出了基于XML的医疗机构间信息交换系统的解决方案,并探讨了如何利用多种相关技术来有效地解决医疗信息的存储、传递、表现和加工利用等方面的问题.
In most medical institutions, health data are distributed across several information systems, leading to the so-called islands of information. To support co-operative work among different medical institutions, it is necessary to share medical information of patients in a meaningful way. This paper briefly describes a solution in which an XML-based information exchange system is used among medical institutions. Many techniques concerning XML for solving storage, transfer, presentation and processing of medical information are discussed.
