摘要
本文介绍了国外小学科学教师培养策略的主要特点,并与我国当下小学科学教师的培养策略进行比较,以期为我国小学科学教师的专业化培养提供借鉴.
This paper makes a full review of main eharactes of foreign elementary school science teachers' training metheds, and on the the comparation between Chinese and foreign elementary school science teachers' training metheds, we can get some illumination.
