摘要
该报告分析了南疆教育面临的突出矛盾和问题,研究了南疆教育发展的基本思路,文章提出要把教育作为解决南疆民生、构建和谐的突破口,采取超常规举措,统筹城乡教育发展;以教师队伍建设为中心加大软、硬件投入,以双语教学为关键推进民族教育改革,以职业教育为重点加快教育事业发展,促进南疆三地州教育质量实现根本性好转。提出了参照"内高班"模式,在内地和乌昌地区举办"民族职教班"、在南疆筹建综合性的喀什大学等若干具体建议。
Based on the analysis of the obvious problems and difficulties in the educational development in southern Xinjiang, the paper has suggested some effective methods to train pre- and in-service teachers, such as professional training classes of minority teachers, and the establishment of a comprehensive university in Kashgar, so as to guarantee the substantial and harmonious development of education in southern Xinjiang.
